Since launch many impartial media sources have offered their thought on The Electric Taxi. From TV, to newspapers and magazines, have all given continuous coverage on TX. Here are just a few of the comments that we've recently received.
"For passengers, it’s ace, frankly. It’s more expensive to ride in than the likes of Uber, but what you get for your money seems to be worth it. A new cab for a new automotive era."
It's the black cab which is often mistaken for a Bentley or a royal vehicle - and you'll be seeing it on Liverpool's streets….And while the outside of the cab certainly turns heads, inside it also has all the mod cons such as WiFi and phone charging points. Proud owner Colin Woods, who has been a city taxi driver for 11 years, said: “It looks like a Bentley and it drives like a Bentley….“It’s also much cheaper to run and is a better experience for passengers because it just glides over bumps in the road.”
Electric Taxi test drive – Fifth Gear
Fifth Gear’s Jonny Smith reviews the TX, and tries to convince a number of London Cab drivers to make the change to a cleaner vehicle, noting the huge fuel savings and quieter operating environment.
